Clontarf based EV86 captured working the 12.00 31A from Shielmartin Road through Killester on a sunny afternoon.
The 31 operates between Dublin City Centre and the northern coastal village of Howth. The 31A extends the route slightly, to Shielmartin Road, serving Howth village and harbour on the way.
The first phase of BusConnects will see the 29A/31/32 become the new 'H' spine.
EV86 is a Volvo B9TL with Alexander-Dennis Enviro400 bodywork, new to DublinBus in 2008.
